Cocktails and Coolers for the Summer

Summer has an uncanny ability to have us longing for a cocktail. It is not as if it is the only drink that has the ability to quench our thirst, a cool beer can do just that. But there is something about the combination of fruit, vodka and blended ice which gives us that holiday feeling and lets us know that Summer is finally here. It doesn’t matter whether we’re at a party, sitting outside a bar on a Saturday afternoon or lying by the pool on holiday, a cocktail seems to be almost always an appropriate Summer beverage. Of course, some cocktails are more preferable than others to help cool us down whilst tasting wonderful.
